How do I get started?
Call or email us as soon as you have a date for your event. Events, particularly weddings, are booked very far in advance. We will get you into our calendar to hold your date and help you get the booking process moving forward.
Can I just pick up the rental items and return them later?
No. All of our rental equipment are comprised of very sophisticated electronics. We insist on delivering, setting up, attending to it during the event and removing after the event. You keep your mind on the event at hand, we'll handle the fun.
How do I know if the photo booth or other items will fit in the event venue?
We are experts at delivering huge varieties of bulky equipment. We will ask a few simple questions to determine the scope of the delivery. If you are unfamiliar with the venue we will contact them personally to make sure that everything comes off the way you want it with no worries.
Is there a restriction on the number of pictures that we can take with the photo booth?
No. As many pictures as you can squeeze out of the machine during the allotted time of the rental are free. There is no limit. We just want everybody to have a great time.
If I purchase the CD option, will I be able to make copies of it for my friends and family?
You sure can. Your initial charge is for the software installation. You will be able to copy the CD as many times as you would like.
Can I check the photo booth or other items out personally before I decide to sign the contract?
Absolutely. You can make an appointment to come to our showroom and check everything out and even take a few pictures in the photo booth. Bring some friends. Remember, this whole experience is supposed to be fun.
